What if I need to cancel my booking?
Please note we have a 12 hour cancellation policy. You can cancel your session either via the app or by contacting the studio directly 12 hours prior to your session, ensuring you will not be charged for the class. This way you will not lose that class from any pre-paid block purchases/be charged for the session scheduled.
The sale of a class pack/bundles/pass is final. Bora Studio does not offer any refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on class packs/bundles for injury, change of mind, user error, change of address, unsuitability or any other reason.
Please note, we will be offering extension on the validity of class packs and bundles following our decision to temporarily close the studio. Feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org or/and email@example.com.
Which class should I choose if I am a beginner?
Our Back to Basics Pilates class is the perfect choice for beginners; the pace of the class is slow which allows our clients the opportunity to build upon their Pilates knowledge whilst reaping the benefits of Pilates.
Many of our clients start their Pilates journey with a 1-1 session, the perfect option for a beginner!
What should I wear?
Something that is comfortable and allows freedom of movement. Usually we recommend leggings and a top for females and suitable shorts and a t-shirt for male clients. Grippy pilates socks can be purchased at the studio for comfort and safety.
When I arrive how do I access the building?
When you arrive at the studio there is a buzzer system with 3 different options:
Rest assured whichever buzzer you press the bell will sound within the building and a member of staff will unlock to door to let you in. If you are taking part in reformer you will be on the first floor (WC and changing rooms are located on the second floor). If you are visiting our clinic you will need to head up to the third floor.
*Please note there are no lift facilities.
What can I expect upon arrival?
When you arrive you will buzz the appropriate room and enter the building. All new clients are required to complete an online health questionnaire via the MindBody App, this allows us to keep records of our clients and note any health/injury concerns.

What should I wear on my feet?
You can go barefoot but most clients choose to wear grippy pilates socks (which can be purchased at the studio). We have a no shoes policy within the studios themselves.
How do I book my classes?
Usually your first session will be organised via the studio owner/manager. Upon completion of your first session the instructor will discuss how the MindBody App works, this is a system that allows clients to purchases classes, book/cancel sessions.
How do I pay for my classes?
Payment can be made directly at the studio (cash or card) or via the MindBody App.
